This gasoline barge was owned by the Boston Fuel Co. of East Boston. The insignia colors were red and tan. The Barge 300 woodcut has been printed in black and white, different combinations of colors, as well as red and tan. The woodcut was made from three long shelving board and carved on both sides.
It is a six-block print. An edition of 50 was printed on Tableau machine-made rice paper. A special deluxe edition of 12 was printed on Susuki Udashi handmade Japanese papers as well as an acid-free machine-made mulberry paper.
